Dentist- Permanent/Full-Time

Job Responsibilities of the Dentist

As a member of the dental team, you will:

Perform dental procedures in accordance with American Dental Association (ADA) standards.
Interpret radiological images to develop and execute patient treatment plans.
Provide patient education, supported by interpreters as needed.
Perform a wide range of procedures, including:
Composite and silver amalgam restorations.
Simple and surgical dental extractions.
Root canal therapy.
Fabrication of complete and partial dentures.
Treat patients with moderate to severe dental infections.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Participate in chart audits, quality assurance evaluations, and training of dental staff.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold patient privacy.
Promote a positive work culture and uphold clinic policies, including confidentiality.
Requirements for the Dentist Position
Education:
Licensed to practice dentistry in Washington State .
DEA license and current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe).
Skills:
Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative and surgical.
Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and electronic dental records.
