Highlights Location: Hackensack, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You Will Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease‑specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease. Develop and coordinate a patient/family‑focused plan of care. Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advanced bar‑scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes. Adhere to established protocols and standards of behavior.
