• Number of Beds – 26
• Number of Staff – when at 26 we call for a C4 and 3 PCTs
• Type of staff
• Day Shift – Charge, 4 RNs, and 3 PCT
• Night Shift – Charge, 4 RNs, 2 PCT
• Patient Ratios – 6:1
• Type of equipment – Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines
• EMR – Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role:

• Minimum of 1-year current Med/Surg acute care hospital experience
• BLS

Preferred or nice to have

• ACLS

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Medical patients
• Some drips such as heparin
• Post op radial cardiac cath

Best personality Fit:

• Hard worker, fun personality, high energy
• Patient care experience is a priority
