About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enterprise Strategic Accounts. The successful candidate will be a tactical visionary, leading a high-performing team of Strategic Account Directors to drive revenue and gross margin expansion. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in enterprise account management, particularly in the staffing and workforce solutions industry. The VP will be responsible for operational planning, C-suite engagement, and the retention and development of key performers. They must have a strong background in coaching and developing teams, as well as the ability to integrate cross-functional and multi-line business strategies. Candidates for the VP position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in enterprise account management or sales leadership. A minimum of 7 years in people management, with a focus on building budgets, executing operating plans, and driving revenue/GM results, is essential. The role demands a leader with strategic and financial acumen, capable of maintaining business controls, and tracking performance against budgeted targets. The ideal candidate will have superior communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with C-suite clients while ensuring the team's productivity and performance.
