GTM Enablement Manager

Shaping the enablement strategy for go-to-market teams, the full-time GTM Enablement Manager will develop training programs for Sales, Customer Success, and partners while ensuring the certification program supports customer and partner engagement remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the GTM enablement roadmap aligned with company priorities and input from various teams Build comprehensive onboarding and ramp programs, consolidating enablement materials into accessible resources Maintain current and trustworthy knowledge sources in partnership with Field Engineering to support internal and external teams Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enablement, technical enablement, or cloud consulting, including 2+ years in training program design and delivery Hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, such as pre-sales or consulting, with a strong understanding of effective customer conversations Certification as a cloud practitioner or higher in at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and FinOps Certified Practitioner within 90 days Proven ability to enable external technical audiences and create enablement programs from the ground up Strong aptitude for simplifying complex ideas and guiding senior stakeholders effectively
