Entry Level Concierge in US As an entry level concierge in the US, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests, residents, and visitors of our property. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting guests, answering inquiries, making reservations, coordinating services, and ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for all. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc. Make reservations for dining, events, transportation, and other services as requested Communicate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest requests Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively and escalates when necessary Keep lobby area clean and organized at all times Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and data entry Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (MS Office) required Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends No previous experience required but hospitality or customer service experience is a plus We offer Competitive salary of $1500 per month plus benefits (health insurance, paid time off) Visa sponsorship for qualified candidates without US work authorization Training opportunities for career growth within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr GreenLine Electronics
