Job Title: Senior HR Generalist
Salary: $65,000-$75,000

Key Responsibilities (Senior HR Generalist):
• Oversee HR compliance initiatives, employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and risk management programs
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives
• Administer employee benefits programs, leave management processes, accommodations, disability programs, and HRIS systems
• Support compensation administration, job description management, and employee lifecycle process improvements
• Coach and advise supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy application
• Lead employee training programs related to safety, harassment prevention, ethics, leadership development, and workplace compliance
• Utilize HR data, reporting, and technology to identify trends, improve processes, and support business objectives


Qualifications (Senior HR Generalist):
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with exposure to employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR operations
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and supporting conflict resolution initiatives
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and HR technology tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and relationship management skills
