Job Overview:

We seek a motivatedand results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join ourdynamic sales team. Asa member ofour team, you will be crucial in expanding SoftClouds’ reach in the technologyecosystem. The BDR will be the first point of contact for potential SoftCloudscustomers. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns as needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Basic understanding of software services and technology solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
