Branch Manager

Speedy Glass is seeking to Hire a Branch Manage to lead our Billings, MT Branch! A Branch Manager leads and manages day-to-day operations of the branch by delivering first-class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. A branch manager will be able to achieve a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a positive corporate image by pushing for results, building a strong team, and delivering excellent customer service. Our Branch Manager opportunities offer a competitive salary range based on experience! This position offers a base salary of $75,000 - $80,000 DOE, bonus eligibility (profit share), and a comprehensive benefits package. Job Duties Manage staff and daily scheduling and assign duties. Ensure a good working environment for employees. Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues. Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling. Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws and OSHA regulations. Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff. Develop relationships with key accounts and insurance providers. May perform the duties and responsibilities of the Technician. Driving company or customer vehicles may be required.
