Position Title Warehouse Supervisor Plover Snacks Position Type Regular - Full-Time Location Plover, WI (On-Site, Snacks Facility) Requisition ID 42556 About The Role McCain Foods is accepting applications for a Boiler & Refrigeration (B&R) Operator. The Boiler & Refrigeration (B&R) Operator operates, maintains and adjusts boiler refrigeration oil and air systems to ensure safe, reliable and compliant plant operations. You will support system monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation and maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment. Leadership Principles We are customer obsessed. Statement of Job Operate and maintain boiler and refrigeration systems to support system reliability and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities Operate, maintain, repair, and adjust boiler and refrigeration oil and air systems. Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and support repairs. Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure GMP and safety compliance. Follow PSM requirements and coordinate with supervisors, planners, and teams. Assist with training documentation, SAP processes, and contractor coordination. Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Competencies) Strong mechanical knowledge of boiler and refrigeration systems and regulations. Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions and solve problems. Working knowledge of SAP FactoryTalk SE and reporting systems. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and across teams. Ability to obtain forklift license and use required PPE, including respirators. Work Environment Plant environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, hazardous chemicals, gases, intense noise, and mechanical equipment. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs+, working in awkward positions, and using manual tools. Ability to wear respirator required. Reasonable accommodations are available.
