Production Associate (1st Shift) Location: Greeneville, TN Schedule: Monday– Friday, 6: 00 AM – 2: 30 PM Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire Looking for a great first-shift schedule with weekends free? We are hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Greeneville, TN. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and work well in a team environment. Job Responsibilities Assemble walk-in cooler and freezer components according to work instructions and specifications. Use basic hand tools and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks. Read and accurately use a tape measure to ensure proper fit and quality. Install hardware, insulation, panels, and other components during the assembly process. Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow production schedules while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work in multiple production areas and cross-train on various assembly stations. Assist with moving materials and completed products throughout the production process. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform other assembly and production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of hand tools is required. Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple production areas. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
