We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Mainframe & ITSM) with a strong background in business analysis, mainframe technologies, and IT service management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams by gathering requirements, supporting production operations, and driving enhancements for enterprise mainframe applications. Experience in banking, financial services, cards & payments, or insurance domains is highly preferred.

• Jira
• Confluence
• Client ALM / Quality Center
• MS Excel
• Microsoft Visio
