Field Service Coordinator

To support the FX3 team, the full-time Field Service Coordinator will manage field service scheduling, technician coordination, and work order execution in a fully remote environment, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet customer expectations. Key responsibilities Coordinate field service projects by creating and managing work orders Recruit, assign, and support independent field technicians based on project requirements Monitor work orders and resolve scheduling issues, cancellations, and delays Required qualifications High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or project coordination Experience using Microsoft Office and business software such as CRM or scheduling systems Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Reliable attendance and ability to communicate clearly in English
