Member Experience Representative

Providing exceptional member service in a remote capacity, the full-time Member Experience Representative will build relationships with members, assist with inquiries regarding accounts and digital services, and promote credit union products and services while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Key responsibilities Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services Provide exceptional member service through various communication channels, focusing on educating members on digital self-serve options Resolve member issues and concerns, including fraud prevention and operations-related items, in a timely and effective manner Required qualifications High school graduate or equivalent; work-related experience or related college degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or related field Knowledge of credit union products, services, procedures, and guidelines Working knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); prior experience in Symitar for Windows (Episys) highly preferred
