Immigration Attorney - Employment-Based

Job Overview Job OverviewA law firm seeks an immigration attorney specializing in employment-based matters to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves advising corporate clients on immigration strategies, managing compliance, and delivering practical legal solutions. This full-time position offers limited work-from-home eligibility after the probationary period. Duties Advise corporate clients on employment-based immigration strategy, workforce planning, and compliance. Manage corporate client relationships independently, serving as a trusted partner to HR and senior management. Prepare and file employment-based green cards and business non-immigrant visas. Identify creative, compliant solutions to complex immigration challenges. Draft comprehensive responses to government inquiries and notices. Support clients through site visits, audits, and other government communications. Remain current on immigration law, policy, and agency practices. Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and senior attorneys. Requirements J.D. and active U.S. state bar admission required. Prior employment-based immigration experience preferred. Strong client communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Openness to adopting new legal technologies. Commitment to the firm's mission and values.
