Recruiter

Our client , a financial multinational financial services corporation , is looking to hire a Recruiter to support hiring efforts across their New York City office. This is an initial contract opportunity that is hybrid , requiring 3 days onsite near Vesey Street. Recruiter , you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers while collaborating with recruiting coordinators and onboarding teams. Contract: 6-months (possibility of extension) Hybrid: 3 days onsite Pay: 45-48/hr. on a W2 Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth hiring process Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate activity and maintain accurate documentation Support onsite hiring events and initiatives at the NYC office as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within corporate recruiting environments Experience recruiting within financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or related industries preferred Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems such as Workday, Taleo, EightFold, Bullhorn, or SuccessFactors Oracle Recruitment Cloud experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
