Qualifications

• Graduate of an accreditedNurse Practitioner program
• Current and unrestrictedNurse Practitioner license
• Active DEA registration withprescriptive authority
• Board Certification as anFNP, AGPCNP, or equivalent
• Primary care experiencerequired
• Experience serving Medicaid,underserved, behavioral health, or medically complex patient populationsstrongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment,diagnostic, and care management skills
• Commitment to compassionate,trauma-informed, and patient-centered care
