Actuarial Transformation BuilderEntry-level P&C actuarial role on Zurich North America's Actuarial Reserving Transformation team in Schaumburg, Illinois. You will modernize reserving processes through automation, AI, reporting improvements, and cross-functional technology solutions, with a hybrid work pattern and a requirement to have passed at least one actuarial exam.Must HaveSuccessful completion of one or more actuarial examsBachelors degree with 3.0 cumulative GPA or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice + 2 years technical/insurance experienceNo prior actuarial experience requiredMust be authorised to work in the US without sponsorshipStrongly PreferredProgress toward CAS exams and commitment to pursuing ACAS and FCAS designationsExposure to Python, Databricks, Power BI, Excel, SQL or similar technologiesCuriosity and enthusiasm for improving business processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn new concepts quickly and translate business needs into practical solutionsStrong communication and collaboration skillsDemonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced environmentNice To HaveExposure to actuarial reserving, projects, process improvement, or technology implementationsTools: Excel, Power BI, Databricks.
