Communications Specialist

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Houston, Texas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Communications Specialist to join their team! Key Responsibilities & Duties: Lead crisis communications and real-time response Align messaging with Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement Oversee media relations and executive preparation Collaborate on internal communications and company events Maintain and refine brand identity and visual standards Manage social media content and analytics Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field 5-10 years in corporate communications or related field Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills Experience in crisis communications and media relations Proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in the energy industry Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Knowledge of digital analytics tools Experience with publicly traded companies This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
