HR Generalist

HR Generalist LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing organization in East Phoenix who is in search of a full time HR Generalist. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience. The salary range is between $75,000-$85,000 DOE. This role will support day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with leadership to foster a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong understanding of HR best practices within manufacturing or similar industries. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications Partner with management to support workforce planning and organizational development Conduct investigations and support corrective action processes as needed Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
