Description

We are looking for a motivated Tier I Technical Support Technician to add to the their team of 7 on the Helpdesk. This Tier I team is responsible for providing a mixture of phone and hands on support to our internal employees using Fresh Desk ticketing system.

Right now this team closes around 350 tickets per week, 20% of which are password resets. Each person received around 12 incoming calls a day per person from internal users but also receives tickets via email. To start, this person will utilize Fresh Desk ticketing system to provide phone and hands on support with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, AutoCAD, etc. There is a tier II team as an escalation point. This person will also help image Dell PCs, install and deploy PCs, perform password resets, etc.

This is a Contract position based out of Lafayette, LA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lafayette,LA.
