Details ER Holding unit within a hospital setting Patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Patient ratio of 1:3 Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-7:30, 36 hours per week Epic charting system experience preferred Requirements Active OH or compact RN license in hand at time of consideration BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required ER experience required, with ER holding, MS/Tele, or PCU/Stepdown experience also acceptable Teaching hospital, community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 2 professional references required, with at least 1 from a manager/director or supervisor and the second from a charge RN or above (no coworker references accepted) Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Locals accepted at the same rate Former employees eligible for a travel assignment after being away from the facility for 6 months or more Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at this health system RTO must be requested at time of submission and built into the contract, limited to 7 days or less Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after signing the contract, with specific instructions provided by the credentialing team American Traveler Job ID P-739126.
