Looking for a flexible PRN COTA opportunity where you can build your skills, make a difference, and work alongside a supportive rehabilitation team?

Northfield Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Northfield, OH is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehab team.

Whether you’re an experienced COTA looking to add PRN hours to your schedule or a new graduate looking to gain valuable SNF/LTC experience , we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a PRN COTA, you’ll work closely with our Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary team to help residents improve their independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
• Help residents improve their ability to perform activities of daily living
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Educate and encourage residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Contribute to a positive, engaging, and team-focused therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current or eligible Ohio COTA license
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Net Health preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Passion for helping residents achieve greater independence
