Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience with pediatric caseloads, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Willingness to work onsite in a full-time capacity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and execute evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support educational goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain clear documentation and progress records in compliance with school and district policies
