ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1995 and currently lead a close-knit team of two, with plans to continue growing. State Farm has been part of my life for a long time - my dad was a State Farm agent, which inspired me to earn a degree in insurance and pursue a career in the industry. I started in claims before eventually making the move into agency ownership. I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas and have been married for 34 years. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking and have a passion for drag racing. Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also have established training systems in place to give team members the tools and resources they need to learn the business and become successful in their roles. Our culture is built around trust, independence, and accountability. I’m not a micromanager - I want team members who can take the training and resources provided and run with them. I’m looking for someone who is reliable, disciplined, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly.ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Danny Humphreys - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.QUALIFICATIONS:
