What You'll Do as a Administrative Assistant: Maintain and update production spreadsheets, reports, and related documentation in Excel Compile, organize, and distribute production information to manufacturing teams Learn and perform basic JD Edwards (JDE) transactions and inquiries Support production planning and coordination activities Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of production data and reports Assist manufacturing teams with administrative and data-entry tasks as needed What You Need to Bring to the Administrative Assistant Role: Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with data High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to learn new software systems and processes quickly Prior administrative, manufacturing, or data-entry experience preferred Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Reliable attendance and a commitment to accuracy Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
