Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, all service staff are trained in service procedures, and the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food that is safe, costs are controlled, and kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items. The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals; also ensuring new crew members start on a positive note and receive recognition and motivation throughout their tenure. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast‑paced environment and bring enthusiasm to the team. Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
