What you can expect as a Senior Accountant: Daily Duties: Bank Deposit Reconciliation to system Posting Process Void/Stop Payments Record bank transactions including deposits, ACH, and wires Record bi-weekly payroll entries Prepare invoices for various businesses Support and response to accounting related inquiry from various business teams Work on ad-hoc projects assigned Month End Duties: Assist in month end reports compilation Prepare sales tax return for various businesses Prepare month end journal entries for various businesses Download monthly bank statements, loan statements, sales reports from various systems. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, inter-company transactions, cash on deposits, credit card & ACH sales receivables, petty cash, Small Ops activities, and other account reconciliations. Prepare quarterly fixed assets and lease schedules. What we are looking for as a Senior Accountant: Bachelor’s degree in accounting with some 2-4 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
