Role Description Montero Law Group, a Montgomery-based mid-sized firm, is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing bilingual (Spanish/English) legal receptionist to join our Silver Spring office. This position is ideal for a candidate who is excited to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, who cares about people as much as we do.

Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors, both in person and via phone.
Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments, sending reminders and handling inquiries.
Manage and process mail.
Facilitate communication between clients and attorneys.
Process client payments.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent business and telephone etiquette skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
Must be punctual and dedicated
This is a full-time position based in Silver Spring, MD, with the expectation of on-site presence Monday-Friday.
