Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments utilizing video conferencing tools to evaluate clients' strengths, weaknesses, and treatment needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT to individuals, couples, and groups, adapting approaches to meet diverse client needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring they align with their recovery goals and progress.

• Advocate fiercely for clients’ rights and connect them with essential community resources to support their treatment and recovery.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and treatment outcomes using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing education and participate in case conferences, striving to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to team discussions about best practices in addiction and mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be clients undergoing detoxification, a critical phase of addiction recovery. These individuals often experience a range of complex emotional and psychological struggles. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing direct clinical social work services.

• Proven ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and create effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling rapport-building with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , based on your caseload and professional experience. In addition to salary, you will receive:
