Tibbetts Lumber is looking for goal-oriented individuals who are proven leaders to work as production personnel in our truss plant on our 2nd shift. Production personnel set up and build wood roof and floor trusses for construction along with other assigned duties. Applicants must be team-oriented, motivated, have excellent attendance, and like to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for all required job duties. Essential Responsibilities and Duties include:

• Be team-oriented and motivated

• Like to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have the ability to read a tape measure
• Be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer. Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns.
• Be able to follow all safety-related procedures and practices

Essential Job Requirements include:

• Minimum experience- Prior carpentry experience helpful
• Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer. Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses and staple guns.
