Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, setting attainable goals for progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and holistic client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to support client well-being.

• Keep timely and accurate records of all client interactions and treatment experiences in compliance with ethical standards.
