About the Role:
Join MADISON RACQUET & SWIM CLUB LLC as a Sports Camp Counselor and make a lasting impact on young athletes! This exciting position offers the chance to inspire and mentor children while fostering a love for sports and teamwork in a fun, engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily sports activities for campers aged 6-14.
• Provide instruction in various sports, including tennis, swimming, and team games.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among campers.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
• Plan and implement engaging games and competitions.
• Communicate effectively with parents about camper progress and behavior.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a camp or sports setting.
• Strong knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about youth sports.
• Must be available for the entire camp duration.
• Background check required prior to employment.
