This role sits at the intersection of sales support, client success, and operational execution, ensuring smooth delivery across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle. You will work closely with Client Directors to protect margins, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term account relationships. Acting as a key operational partner, you will coordinate internal teams, manage deal accuracy, and support timely resolution of client needs. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on precision, responsiveness, and service excellence. You will also contribute to pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and deal structuring. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-heavy coordination work and enjoys enabling sales success behind the scenes.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will support Client Directors in managing end-to-end client operations and ensuring seamless execution across sales and post-sales processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication across multiple stakeholders while safeguarding customer satisfaction and financial performance.
- Manage the full quote-to-cash lifecycle by coordinating internal teams, validating customer requests, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing
- Support pipeline and forecast management in collaboration with Client Directors, including maintaining Salesforce updates and opportunity tracking
- Assist in deal structuring, pricing, and proposal preparation aligned with account-specific guidelines and margin objectives
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Ensure accuracy of customer orders, documentation, and booking requirements prior to submission
- Monitor invoice aging and accounts receivable items, supporting monthly financial reviews and issue resolution
- Maintain detailed client profiles, historical quote data, and account records to support strategic deal development and renewals
- Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support such as reporting, presentations, and account insights
Requirements
This role requires strong organizational capability, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving sales environment. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales support, client operations, or a related role (technology industry experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong understanding of business operations, client needs, and sales lifecycle processes
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong mathematical aptitude with ability to calculate margins and pricing models accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
