- Assist with surgeries including procedures like chest tube removal and pacemaker removal
- Provide post-operative care and monitoring
- Support the surgical team during procedures and recovery
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation
Required:
- AZ APRN license or PA certification with AZ licensure eligibility
- Minimum 3 years recent cardiothoracic surgery experience, proficient with EVH
- ACLS & BLS certification
- Current DEA registration
- Certification from NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC in medical-surgical or NP
- Ability to work day shifts with call coverage
- Experience with complex cardiothoracic procedures
- Prior hospital-based surgery support
