Corporate Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a corporate department within a reputable firm. You will play a crucial role in keeping our client's busy practice organized and efficient. The firm prides itself on providing a great work environment and positive culture! Key Responsibilities: Draft legal documents, including creating reports, memoranda, and correspondence Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information to support corporate transactions. Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. Prepare for client meetings by drafting minutes and resolutions, and assisting with other preparatory tasks. Monitor deadlines and help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Support corporate governance matters, including the maintenance of corporate records, entity formation and dissolution, and business licensing. Assist commercial real estate attorneys with document preparation and filing as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution. 5+ years of experience as a corporate legal assistant or paralegal. Strong understanding of corporate law and legal terminology. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Ideal candidate will have experience in a large firm and seek a change of pace in a growing, dynamic environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
