We are currently searching for an experienced manager in Raleigh, NC! If you are interested in becoming a part of a growing industrial fastener distribution leader, then we would like to talk to you!Responsibilities and Duties (may include but not limited to):Communicates with customers and processes orders/quote informationCompletes data entry for customer orders and quotesSources customer's product needs by contacting suppliers to obtain pricing and availabilityOversees all facility operations and personnelCoordinate shipments and deliveries to customersCommunicates with Purchasing department to order supplies as neededAbides by all company safety regulationsCompletes reports by entering required informationContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededSkills:Ability to work and succeed in a team environmentDemonstrate good organizational skills including coordination, planning and personal time managementDemonstrate basic data entry and math skills, including ability to read standard and metric measurements on an array of measuring toolsUnderstand and implement internal reporting and documentation requirements for inventory control, customer service and equipment maintenanceDemonstrate that he/she is dependable and can work independentlyQualifications:Must have significant fastener experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordProven industrial distribution and previous management experienceExperience with warehouse data systems or willingness to develop necessary skills and abilityAbility to lift boxes up to 50 pounds.Benefits Include:Competitive Compensation Package aligned with experienceMedical and optional Dental and Vision InsuranceShort and Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife InsuranceProfit-SharingPaid holidays and time offFastener Supply Co. is a drug free workplace.
