Schedule:

• Fulltime
• Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm

Pay Structure: hourly base + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses

Potential annual earnings $45,000 to $55,000, top performers can make up to $60,000 annually

What You'll Do:

• Canvass local neighborhoods and engage with homeowners door to door
• Generate quality leads for our sales team
• Represent our trusted brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build positive first impressions and lasting community relationships
• No hard selling, your focus is starting conversations and creating opportunity.

What you bring:

• Positive, outgoing, self motivated attitude; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active; stand/walk up to 8 hours;
• lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability during listed hours; goal oriented and team first mindset.
