Creative Director

Creative Director (Sports): Defining and driving the creative vision for the DACH region, leading an in-house team to develop integrated campaigns across all channels with an accent on global brand consistency and local relevance. Focus on overseeing creative development, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy, and translating business objectives into compelling creative solutions. What you will do Define and drive the creative vision for the DACH region in alignment with global brand guidelines. Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, editors, and copywriters. Oversee the development of integrated campaigns across various digital, print, and social channels. Ensure all creative output is culturally relevant, linguistically accurate, and market-appropriate for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Partner with regional marketing and programming editorial teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions. Present creative concepts and campaign results to senior stakeholders. Requirements 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles , preferably within international or matrix organizations. Proven experience leading in-house creative teams and agencies across multiple channels. Strong sports-based portfolio demonstrating brand-building, campaign development, and creative excellence. Deep understanding of the DACH market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances. Native German fluency and business fluent English are required . Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
