Wellness Coach

Member Education Specialist IIWe are seeking a Wellness Coach who is committed to working a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals through lifestyle and behavior change strategies. A National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) is highly preferred. The primary focus of this role is to provide individual wellness coaching, lifestyle and behavior change support, goal setting, and member engagement through virtual and telephonic visits. The Wellness Coach will partner with members to promote healthy habits, improve overall well-being, and support sustainable behavior change.Note: Work location is on-site with the flexibility to work remotely (PART-TIME), the primary location will be in-office for meetings, per Kaiser Permanente-s Authorized States Policy - Employees may be required to travel to a Kaiser Permanente or customer site. This includes coordinating and delivering trainings or other educational encounters, assisting in maintaining and updating educational and training resources, and helping to collect and analyze data from classes and programs.
