Job Status: Full-Time The Schedule: A set schedule with hours generally falling between 8am-5:30pm; rotating Saturday schedule required What You'll Do: As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team while ensuring a positive, transparent, and professional experience throughout the repair process. Key responsibilities:

• Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns and service requests.
• Schedule service appointments and assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Create accurate repair orders and maintain complete service documentation.
• Communicate with technicians to understand vehicle diagnoses, maintenance recommendations, and repair requirements.
• Present repair recommendations and estimates clearly and professionally.
• Keep customers informed regarding repair progress, timelines, and any additional work that may be needed.
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain services performed in a clear and understandable manner.
• Process customer payments and complete vehicle delivery procedures.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition, manufacturer recommendations, and customer needs.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to positive customer survey results.
• Ensure compliance with dealership processes, safety standards, manufacturer standards, and applicable policies.
• Complete required manufacturer and company training programs.

What We’re Seeking: Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Service Advisor experience within an automotive dealership environment.
• Honda dealership experience.
• Experience using Dealertrack or similar dealership management systems.
• Previous experience working in a customer-facing sales or service role.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
