Facilities ManagerBased at our Home Office in Flower Mound, TX, our Facilities Manager is the heartbeat of our physical spaces. You'll lead the charge in planning and executing initiatives that keep our business running smoothly, our infrastructure in top shape, and our daily operations humming across all our sites. We're looking for a highly organized, local problem-solver who loves juggling projects, building great relationships with vendors, and making sure everything is up to code—all while keeping the lines of communication wide open.JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONSKeeping Things Running: You'll oversee all maintenance and repairs, making sure our locations are safe, functional, and looking their best for our team and clients.Staying Compliant: You'll stay on top of safety standards and building codes to ensure all our properties are fully protected and up to date.Vendor Partnerships: You'll be the main point of contact for our external pros, negotiating agreements and coordinating with contractors from our Home Office.Smart Workflows: We want to make things easier for everyone!
