Working remotely on a contract basis, the Executive Recruiter will lead the full hiring cycle for senior-level positions, providing strategic guidance to hiring managers while leveraging innovative sourcing techniques and AI-enabled tools. Key Responsibilities Lead the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, and making offers Develop innovative solutions to complex recruitment challenges, focusing on senior-level requisitions Conduct full-lifecycle recruiting utilizing social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition activities 2+ years of experience with full-lifecycle recruitment for federal government clients Experience with Workday ATS Proficiency in talent pipelining and social recruiting techniques Bachelor's degree and U.S. Citizenship required
