ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Ryan Robuck Insurance Agency, Inc is seeking an organized and efficient individual to assist in gaining and keeping customers. As a team member with our agency, your attention to detail and dedication to client relations equip you for this versatile position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use connections in the community to grow the agency by finding new customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Prior sales experience is great but is not required.
• Able to obtain a Property/Casualty License
• Able to obtain a Life/Health License
• Able to achieve mutually agreed upon service and marketing goals.
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
