Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – HybridConsultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This is a full-time, hybrid position. You will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will work directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities across home, community, and school settings, while also mentoring staff and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.Position OverviewThe BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, and ensuring high-quality clinical services. This role also supports the development of clinical staff through training, supervision, and ongoing feedback.You will play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful progress while supporting a collaborative and positive treatment team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plansDesign and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programsProvide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and clinical staffMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededLead team meetings and coordinate care among clinical team membersTrain and support parents, caregivers, and school staff in ABA strategiesParticipate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teamsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectivenessQualificationsActive BCBA certification requiredStrong leadership and team collaboration skillsExperience working with children with autism and developmental disabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 40 lbsAbility to kneel, squat, and move actively during sessionsAbility to perform computer-based work for extended periodsCompensationInitial 90 Days: Salary is offered for 90 days based on $80,000–$105,000 annually while you build your caseload After 90 Days (Salary): Maintain a minimum average of 30 billable hours per week to remain eligible for salaried compensation After 90 Days (Hourly): If billing falls below 30 hours per week, compensation transitions to $51–$67 per clinical billable hour These rates are determined based on BCBA experience.Additional bonuses available:$5,000 Sign-On Bonus$5,000 Relocation Bonus*Sign-on and relocation bonuses are retained after two years of employment.BenefitsCFCI offers a supportive environment and benefits designed to help you thrive both professionally and personally.Benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for employees working 30+ hours/week)401(k) through Human InterestPaid sick timePaid holidays (7 per year, including your birthday)4 flexible days off per yearMonthly Wellness reimbursement programFree CEUs for BCBAs and BCaBAsCompany-sponsored outings (plus one included!)Work-life balance oriented schedulingSupportive clinical team and collaborative cultureAbout Consultants for Children, Inc.
