Our organization is seeking to welcome an OB/GYN Generalist to our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County . This facility provides a wide range of services for women, facilitating approximately 1,280 live births each year in a supportive and natural environment. The recently updated Women's Health Center offers a variety of services, including breast health, colonoscopy, family planning, obstetrics and gynecology, postpartum care, and a clinic specifically for teen obstetrics.

• Deliver comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.

• Assess and manage a wide array of gynecologic conditions, both acute and chronic.

• Provide routine and preventive gynecologic care in an outpatient setting.

• Engage in clinical and educational instruction for OB/GYN residents and medical students.

• Board Eligibility and/or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Annual Base Salary: $296,000* (for board eligible); $301,000* (for board certified), based on a 40-hour work week. Additional earnings are available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The estimated total annual compensation package is approximately $395,800** (for board eligible) and $401,300** (for board certified), which encompasses the base salary, 401(k) contributions, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors detailed below:

• Estimated annual earnings for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked weekly is $70,200***.

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS limits):

  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution based on base earnings, with no employee match required.

  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution based on base earnings, with no employee match required.

• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.

• Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and CME days.

• Comprehensive Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Premium plans with employee contributions significantly lower than market rates.

• Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equivalent to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) at no cost to you.

• Optional employee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage available for you and your family.

• Loan Forgiveness: This position may qualify for loan forgiveness through specific state or federal programs.

• Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence-based): Provided at no cost to the employee.

• Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).

• Pre-tax employee-paid contributions for commuting expenses.

• Visa sponsorship will be considered for this role.

• This position is eligible for the High Needs Specialty Loan Repayment Program (HNSLRP) for physicians who meet the eligibility criteria.
