To support a key client's business needs, the remote, contract Talent Acquisition Consultant will drive full-cycle recruitment processes, connecting motivated candidates to job opportunities while providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients. Key responsibilities Manage the recruitment process by screening and assessing candidates to advocate for their career opportunities Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies and outreach efforts Deliver on performance metrics and client commitments to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Customer Service High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with role design and understanding of required competencies for successful placements Ability to leverage social networks and industry communities for candidate sourcing Strong organizational and technology skills to manage recruitment tasks effectively
