Jr. Account Executive

What You'll Do

You'll be a closer running a proven sales process across 3-5 Growth Sessions a day. Paid marketing fills the calendar and our SDR team confirms every session with a qualified founder doing $1M+ in revenue. Your job is to run the playbook, which we train and coach daily.

• Run Growth Sessions: Conduct 3-5 qualified sessions per day with founders and CEOs who already raised their hand. The calendar is full. Your job is to close.
• Execute the Playbook: Run the Precision sales script on every session. Same process, same sequence, every time. We train and coach it daily because it works.
• Own Your CRM: Log every session, outcome, next step, and cash detail the same day. Clean data, no exceptions.
• Watch Your Film: Review your own sessions daily and bring what you're fixing to training. Not what you're defending.
• Hit the Number: Close 10+ deals a month at a 25% win rate on qualified attended sessions.

What You Bring

• A Proven Closer: You've sold something with a real price to people who could say no, and you've done it in one call. You have the numbers to show us: sessions, close rate, cash collected, over a real period of time.
• Process-Driven, Not Improvised: You believe sales is methodical. Same process, same sequence, every session. Not because someone told you to, but because you've seen what a process does to the close rate.
• Coachable and Self-Aware: You've been coached before and you can tell us what changed in your process because of it. You watch your own film without being told.
• Founder-Fluent: You can talk to people who run $1M+ businesses and they'll know in two minutes you belong in the room. You understand payroll, margin, cash flow, and what it costs to hire the wrong person.
• Video-Native and Self-Managed: You've sold over video, not across a desk, and you're comfortable running the session, a CRM, and a calendar without anyone hovering.

Not for you if: you need a relationship before you can ask for the money, you improvise when a call gets hard, you need a quarter to ramp, or you want a base that carries you.

Success Metrics

Within your first 90 days:

• 7 days: Fully understand the script and playbook.
• 60 days: 3+ sessions a day, 7+ closed deals at 20%+ win rate on qualified attended sessions.
• 90 days: At standard. 10+ deals a month at 25% win rate on qualified attended sessions.

From day one, every day: Playbook on every session, clean CRM by end of day.

Compensation

OTE: $190,000+ USD annually, based on standard performance

Commission Target: At standard (10 deals/month at 25%): $125,000 USD/year (~$10,400 USD/month), no cap

Quotas reset monthly. Every month is a new number.

Location: Remote (US or Canada preferred) or In-Office (Hybrid) in Frederick, MD
