You create a classroom culture where every child feels valued and respected.ResponsibilitiesInstruction: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons aligned with Friendly Academy's academic framework, focusing on literacy, personalized learning, and student engagement.Student Support: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, providing additional support where needed to ensure all students thrive academically and socially/emotionally.Collaborative Planning: Participate in grade-level and content-area team meetings, sharing insights and working together to implement curriculum and improve student outcomes.Assessment: Regularly assess student progress through both formative and summative assessments, using data to inform instruction and provide feedback to students and families.Family and Community Engagement: Build strong partnerships with families, communicating regularly about student progress and supporting them in their childs educational journey.Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development opportunities to grow as an educator and contribute to the development of the schools academic programs and culture.Behavior and Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and kindness.
