REELSAFE SAFETY LLC is looking for a driven and experienced EHS Manager to lead safety initiatives in the heart of the Permian Basin in Odessa, TX. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and policies
• Conduct routine site inspections, hazard assessments, and job safety analyses (JSAs) to identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to field personnel and management teams
• Maintain accurate EHS records, reporting metrics, and regulatory documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and client safety requirements
• Champion a proactive safety culture across all operations and job sites

Requirements:

• 5+ years of EHS management experience, preferably in the manufacturing and aerospace industry.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 standards and EPA regulations
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required; CSP, CHST, or NEBOSH certification a plus
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence safety culture
• Proficiency in maintaining EHS documentation, audits, and compliance reporting
• Ability to work in field environments and travel to job sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• Must be local to the Odessa, Texas area.
